Looking for part time work? Beaverton is hiring van operators, you will need to have a current DPSST certificate. It’s part time so no benefits, sorry.

On 3/24/2011 around 5:30PM one Beaverton van was located on Algers Ave between SW Allen & SW 5th. Please note that the van was not in compliance with ORS 810.438 2(e)(B). The signage was located only 259 feet from the van, It should have been another 40 feet away.

In Beaverton Red Means Stop, Even Right Turns
Right turn monitoring at Beaverton intersections has gone live! Beginning February 1, 2011, illegal right turns on red (such as rolling stops) will be enforced with the existing red light cameras. Here is the warning sign for a Beaverton Van that is lower than 2 feet from the ground. This was taken on Dec 18, 2010 at 12:28 PM on Canyon Road just after 87th Ave. The van was parked in the ODOT work area just up the road. Continue reading
