It has been brought to our attention that on Sept 24th midday, the Milwaukie photo radar van was issuing citations outside the city limits (as far as we can tell from information and images provided). They were set up just north of the city limit line. See pictures and maps below. Tickets have been received as being in the 8600 Block of McLoughlin Blvd.

Images from Google Picture in the circle was taken after the driver saw a flash. They turned around and took this picture. Picture clearly shows where the van was parked.
