Spain Issuing photo radar tickets for going too slow

I have seen this story posted on two different news sites now. You know how everyone likes to pass the vans going really slow? I wouldn’t suggest doing that in Valencia, Spain where they have begun issuing tickets for going too slow. A driver just received a citation for going too slow, he said that he wanted to go slow so he would be sure to not get a ticket. So much for that idea? Are we ready for this, I’m sure it’s only a matter of time. See the article at the Newspaper.com.
