If you received a ticket on 6/26/2012 on Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy, you will want to fight that ticket. It would have been issued from van #2 (number located on side window). Between the hours of 7 PM to 10 PM, during that time van was parked more than 400 yards from the closest warning sign, 402 to be exact. The measurement was taken from the permanently placed sign when entering the city limits. The a-frame sign normally used was even further away, it was chained up in front us US Bank.

Note about the measuring wheel: it only goes to 999.9 feet then rolls over. What you are seeing is 1206 feet, or 402 yards. This falls outside the allowable distance between sign and van of 100 to 400 yards. (ORS 810.438.B)
